Our Private Network has a groups section called "Online Networks". You can access these by clicking the Online Networks link at the top of the page or by simply sitting your mouse on those words, and then selecting from the drop down menu. This is where we can share interests, feature Twitters and Social Networking profiles, connect per business or resource type, etc. Please note that it is inappropriate to advertise in a group unless you are a part of that specific team or business. In the case that you have a random advertisement to place, use the Advertise / Promote group.

One group that is less frequented though valuable is the Website Design Help Group. There are some videos, areas for discussions and an awesome graphics resource that I personally use for website images. One of the most useful discussion threads in this group is How To Make Website Links & Banner Links. This discussion has two videos that teach 1) how to write a link code & 2) how to turn any image into a clickable advertising banner. Some may avoid these subjects because you think that this is difficult to do, but I assure you that it is easy to make both a text link and banner link. Knowing how to do both helps you obtain more control of your online marketing. This also permits for more creativity and unique advertisements (compete better).
