Hello! This is Lea Charlton from SEO Marketing company, ALMC Solutions.

WHAT IS SEO?

"SEO" is an acronym that stands for "search engine optimization". Here is a thorough, though easy to understand definition of search engine optimization from ALMC Solutions.

WHAT IS ORGANIC SEO?

Organic SEO is a type of search engine optimization that is accomplished without paying the search engines for rankings (popularity that makes our websites show on the 1st and 2nd pages of a search engine like Google, Yahoo, Bing). The organic process is more work at first, though really does save time and money in the long run. It is also a lot of FUN to have such control over your online marketing and ultimately your business. This differs from SEM in that we are not paying the search engine for marketing.

WHY SEO MARKETING?

"SEO Marketing" is a rather uncommon term for those who provide SEO services with emphasize on the offsite / offpage marketing process as well (offsite / offpage = work that is not done on the website). SMM stands for Social Media Marketing. This is a process of Online Marketing / Internet Business Branding through the more "social" and "interactive" Internet Marketing strategies, social sites, feeds and viral resources that include even the simplest video marketing solutions. There is a lot more information regarding social media marketing (SMM), but this is the gist. Positioning, Strategy, Automation and Interaction are key to social media marketing success.

WHAT IS SMO?
SMO is an acronym for social media optimization. Quite simply, this is combination of social media marketing and search engine optimization. Both are essential for online branding success, as well as creating your markets when they are not apparent. This is a transition from a Web 2.0 to a Web 3.0 way of doing business, and the changes with Google and Bing make it quite interesting to obtain search engine results that might not have been as comfortably obtained by just the basic SEO requirements.
